You have just arrived at one of the most gorgeous, luxury vacation

courtyard, you can feel yourself unwinding. Make a mental note to return to
the courtyard in the evening to sit by the outdoor fireplace, listen to the
sound of the water falling from the basalt fountain and enjoy the tropical
garden with its exotic scents of plumeria and gardenia.

You enter the house and look through the windows at the private pool and
spa. Beyond that you see the spectacular view of the 14th green of the Jack
Nicklaus Tournament Course. You can see past the green and down the full
length of the hole, past the tee-box and beyond. The back-drop to the whole
view are the spectacular and nearby Santa Rosa Mountains. The sunsets are
fantastic!
You are in a beautiful, richly furnished 3700 sq ft home. The main living
area contains a comfortable down-filled couch and leather chairs. There is
also a wet bar for your entertaining pleasure. The formal dining table also
takes full advantage of the view.
To your left is located another comfortable seating area which adjoins the
kitchen. In this area there is a beautiful leather couch made for
kicking-back and enjoying the TV and surround-sound system placed in that
room. You can use the one touch remote to play music throughout the house,
courtyard and by the pool.
The stage is set, with the music and the sunset glowing over the pool,
fairway and Santa Rosa Mountains.
The view and the music are great, but your favorite team is playing, you
want to watch a movie or maybe you want to watch the pros on the golf
channel… so you head to the media room. Wow! There is a 73” Mitsubishi
Diamond Series High Definition TV with 1080I/ DLP, the very latest
technology! The separate surround-sound system has been especially designed
to take full advantage of the room and technology. You can see yourself
kicking back in the reclining theater seating and watching a movie or
sports.
After a fantastic day, retreat into the master bedroom with its wall of
windows looking out onto the same spectacular view you saw earlier. All of
the beds in the home have been designed for your comfort, with pillow-top
mattresses and high-thread count Egyptian cotton bed linens inducing extra
restful sleep. There are four bedrooms in the home, three of them (the
